Slajana Jovanovska is an M&A integration and transformation advisor specializing in behavioral readiness, leadership alignment, and execution risk. Before founding FILI, she spent more than a decade leading change across Fortune 500 and middle-market organizations in healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. She founded FILI to help leaders get the people side of change right because that is where value is ultimately won or lost.
